Jules Bowman is the Director of Research for GVA Marquette Advisors, a Minneapolis-based real estate consulting company specializing in feasibility and consulting for the aviation, gaming, hospitality and housing industries. GVA Marquette Advisors serves clients nationally and internationally.

Ms. Bowman works primarily for the Residential Analytics Group and the Hospitality Group. She is involved in collecting, analyzing and reporting on data for various projects. She is also responsible for GVA Marquette Advisors two publications: The Hotel Report and Apartment Trends.
